Toolkit: How to Start a CSR Programme

Starting a CSR programme can feel overwhelming. There are probably 100 ideas swimming
through your head and, in a perfect world or on any other team, you could just start the ideal programme and run with it. But CSR is a little different.

A successful programme requires buy-in from key stakeholders. It requires data analysis, strategy, finding the right partners, and even if you get all of that right, employee engagement (the holy grail) might not hit the levels you desire at first.

Our toolkit covers a variety of topics and recommendation for how to approach a CSR strategy launch. Each topic is followed by a worksheet to help you make the most of this Toolkit.
