The Development Office was set up around 12 years ago to run the Foundation and the alumni relations at the School. What made you choose Raiser's Edge NXT as your fundraising CRM solution? "The catalyst was the introduction of GDPR. We were trying to figure out how we could record consent on our existing CRM, as we didn't have evidence of our previous processes. We went out to tender and our business case was built on the need for robust data protection and finding a CRM solution that could power our new consent-based contact preferences. It was impressive to hear how Blackbaud had led the way with GDPR preparation, and had built St Albans School is powered by Raiser's Edge NXT ™ The School has fundraised for several capital projects, helping fund a new Music School, the construction of a new Maths and CCF building, as well as smaller annual fund projects.
