CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT Reach Learning Disability Reach Learning Disability (Reach) supports people with learning disabilities in Nottinghamshire. This community helps people with learning disabilities make a good future for themselves—a safe, healthy, and happy life filled with purpose, achievement, opportunity, and friendship. In 2017, Reach made the strategic decision to partner with Blackbaud and adopt Blackbaud eTapestry as their fundraising CRM system. Julia Sandhu, Director of Income Generation, said, "Blackbaud eTapestry has enabled us to take our ambitions to the next level and grow the supporter base. If you're not using a CRM, it's really hard to analyse who is supporting you and where gifts are coming from. The decision to choose Blackbaud eTapestry was centred around the need for analysis and data management." Prior to going live on Blackbaud eTapestry, Reach had relied on spreadsheets and paper records to manage its fundraising. There was a lack of consistency and a risk of donor drop off through an absence of communication, and GDPR also highlighted a need for a secure and compliant fundraising CRM. They saw the implementation of Blackbaud eTapestry as an opportunity to put in place strong processes to ensure good data hygiene in the future, to push their fundraising to the next level by improving communications with supporters, and to manage relationships with individual fundraisers better.
