CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT The Brain Tumour Charity The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading charity in its field and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. During COVID-19 the charity created a virtual challenge called Conquer the Climb 2020, supported by the Blackbaud Digital Services team (who built the event microsite) and JustGiving. Blackbaud had the pleasure of virtually meeting with Sarah Castleman, Challenge Events Manager, to talk about their virtual event and how they have had to adapt during the pandemic. We have seen participation levels for these types of events increase during COVID-19; but nonetheless our revenue is down.
